Hello all! I am one of the Top Swappers on the Top 50 list! I try to mail all book requests the day after they were made. I almost always use electronic DC. There is no smoking in my house, and no pets. (Pets are wonderful--we just don't have any.) All of my hardbounds have dust jackets. Right now I am selling credits, if you are interested. Feel free to ask about deals. I buy books secondhand to put out on PBS--I check books very carefully first, but I do not look at every page. If you find that your book has writing or highlighting in it, contact me and I will refund your credit. I work on a public computer and I mark books mailed immediately because I cannot be sure of getting back into the library to mark them mailed later. I mail all books at the post office. If the weather is very bad they may not be mailed out the day after I get the request as they are usually. I wrap my books securely. You will need scissors to open the package. Please open the package carefully. I send out some ex-library books. If you do not want ex-library books, you should put a Requestor Condition on your account. If you check inside the back cover, the book should be marked withdrawn. Brookline moves out some relatively new library books.
